Eleventy-one!

As of my most recent post, “The King and Queen of Faërie”, I’ve now presented eleventy-one outfits here on The Starry Mantle! As was noted at Bilbo’s long-expected party, eleventy-one — 111 — is a rather curious number, and hopefully a respectable age for an outfit blog to live to, just as it is for a Hobbit! Unlike Bilbo, however, I do not yet feel stretched or spread too thin like butter over too much bread. Retirement in Rivendell will have to wait! I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone who reads this blog for your interest, encouragement, and kind comments.

Another milestone was reached this week as well — we have crossed the Limlight or rowed down the Anduin and passed into Rohan at long last! I hope everyone’s been having a blast so far exploring new territory, mastering war-steeds, and putting together some amazing new outfits. I’m sure there will be plenty of Rohan-inspired stylings in the weeks to come. But first, I’ll be back later this week with one last Harvestmath guise for this year.

Until then, happy outfitting and forth Eorlingas!
